∎ Master’s in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Lead Sales Team
∎ Achieve sales target set by management in coordination with the sales team.
∎ Target Fillup Ability
∎ Self-Starter and should have a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & Half Yearly and Yearly Sales Targets by Sales Team.
∎ Have to visit physically prospective customers regularly with Sales Team.
∎ Smooth communication with clients and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Have to Monitor and Follow up on the daily activities of the Sales Team.
∎ Have to Check Lead, phone call, e-mail, physical visit report of Sales Team.
∎ Able to provide Daily work progress report by WhatsApp.
∎ Have to ensure minimize cost and maximize profit.
∎ Proficient with all Business Related Softwares.
∎ Good knowledge about Digital Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Land Share Sales, Plot Sales, Studio Apartment Sales, Hotel Share, Tourism Business Development.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
