∎ Training/Trade Course: Human Resource Management,MS OFFICE
∎ Skills Required: Admin HR, Analytical capabilities, Event Organizing, Maintain confidentiality, Recruiting, Team management, Time Management skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Management, Microsoft Excel, Office Management, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Telecommunication, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting new staff
∎ Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
∎ Managing bonuses and benefits administration
∎ Approving job descriptions and advertisements
∎ Looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees
∎ Organizing staff training
∎ Monitoring staff performance and attendance
∎ Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
∎ Verifying that candidates have the right to work at the organization
∎ Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
∎ Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives.
