Job Context:
∎ We are looking for innovative & experienced Leaders in Real Estate Sector.
∎ Able to work indoors and outdoors.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Lead the Sales Team
∎ Achieve sales targets set by management in coordination with the sales team, target Fillup, and personal targets.
∎ Self-Starter and should have a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & Half Yearly, and Yearly Sales Targets by Sales Team.
∎ Have to visit prospective customers regularly with Sales Team physically.
∎ Smooth communication with clients and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Have to Monitor and Follow up on the daily activities of the Sales Team.
∎ Have to Check Leads, phone calls, e-mails, and the physical visit report of the Sales Team.
∎ Able to provide Daily work progress reports by WhatsApp.
∎ Have to ensure minimal cost and maximize profit.
∎ Proficient with all Business Related Softwares.
∎ Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
∎ Meet prospects and make sales.
∎ Representing International Hotel brand Chains, selling Hotel ownership, and land sold in the Tourism sector of Bangladesh like Kuakata.
∎ To plan and carry out all sales activities.
∎ You must be smart with a positive attitude.
∎ Find out sales leads.
∎ Team Coordination & Reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
