∎ Skills Required: Market Research, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Skilled in digital marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management, land Sales, Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Real Estate, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Lead the Sales Team
∎ Achieve sales targets set by management in coordination with the sales team, target Fillup
∎ Self-Starter and should have a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & Half Yearly, and Yearly Sales Targets by Sales Team.
∎ Have to visit prospective customers regularly with Sales Team physically.
∎ Smooth communication with clients and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Have to Monitor and Follow up on the daily activities of the Sales Team.
∎ Have to Check Leads, phone calls, e-mails, and the physical visit report of the Sales Team.
∎ Able to provide Daily work progress reports by WhatsApp.
∎ Have to ensure minimize cost and maximize profit.
∎ Proficient with all Business Related Softwares.
∎ Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
∎ Meet prospects and make sales.
∎ Representing International Hotel brand Chains and selling Hotel ownership in the Tourism sector of Bangladesh like Kuakata.
∎ To plan and carry out all sales activities.
∎ Must be smart with a positive attitude.
∎ Find out sales leads.
∎ Team Coordination & Reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Land Share Sales, Plot Sales, Studio Apartment Sales, Hotel Share, and Tourism Business Development.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
