Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source for potential clients or customer..
∎ find ways to communicate with these potential clients ie their phone number, email address, WhatsApp number etc.
∎ Grade these clients A, B, C or D based on their purchasing power relating to our business. An A grade client has the money to pay for what
∎ we are offering.
∎ introduce our company to these potential clients by meeting them
∎ Must Prepare proposals.
∎ prepare introductory booklets with our products in detail
∎ prepare rate cards to be shown to clients
∎ after every meeting, write down a summary of the meeting.
∎ Make a date for next meeting with same client. A grade clients should be visited once every 10 days. B grade once every 20 days. C grade once every 40 days and D grade once every 6 months.
∎ update targeted client excel sheets regularly
∎ make call reports
∎ continuous knocking and monitoring and nurturing the potential or newly built relationships
∎ monitor customer satisfaction and complaints
∎ continuous correspondence with clients through email
∎ sourcing of new clients
∎ market research on competitors
∎ knowledge of pricing and products
∎ respectful towards clients and colleagues
∎ must be willing to wait and be patient on client calls.
∎ must have a positive attitude
∎ must be willing to find solutions with management discussions and guidance on challenging clients
∎ Preparing bill when mature
∎ Informing clients their Start date through email.
∎ informing clients about renewal before time comes.
∎ Must be able to give presentation.
∎ Preparing and maintaining client database
∎ Preparation of renewal letter
∎ Making sure Bill is submitted on time.
∎ Collection of money on time
∎ Ensuring Eid Gift is dropped on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
