  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and client conversion (LinkedIn, cold emails, or Upwork).Confident in sales calls, presentations, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot/Fresh sales, Canva, Google Workspace, and Zoom. Basic understanding of AI automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n) is a plus.
  • Strong professional ethics, accountability, and time management.

We’re looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive who will play a key role in expanding our international client base.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can generate qualified leads, manage our online presence, and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and reach out to potential international clients (via LinkedIn, email, or other channels).

  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or demo calls.

  • Participate in client meetings and present Centranix’s services confidently.

  • Follow up with leads, maintain a CRM pipeline, and close deals.

Digital Marketing & Brand Building

  • Manage Centranix’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages — posting regular, engaging updates.

  • Assist in creating marketing content: success stories, visuals, and short videos using tools like Canva.

  • Run targeted campaigns (email/LinkedIn ads) to build brand awareness internationally.

  • Track engagement and performance analytics to refine strategies.

Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership and delivery teams to align client expectations.

  • Maintain professional and prompt communication with all prospects and clients.

  • Prepare weekly reports on outreach, meetings, and marketing performance.
