∎ Operations Management Experience will get Preference
∎ Please do not apply without prior IT Sales Experiences.
∎ IELTS or any English Proficiency Certification will get Preference.
∎ Prior International Client Management, Account Management Experience will get preference.

Job Context:

You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales development strategies in international markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing and sales channels. This position will help you acquire Business Development skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing and sales strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and International Business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify opportunities in the market by market research, Marketing and Business Development Strategy formulation.
∎ Conduct market and user research to identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.
∎ Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Support and execute Sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Proactively deliver insights on key customers and trends using external data sources.
∎ Prospecting potential customers: via telecommunications, by emails and other forms of Digital Marketing including physical outreach and meetings
∎ Follow-up of sales, partnerships, or other such activities.
∎ Manage certain aspects of our social channels and execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Occasionally write content for relevant tasks.
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients.
∎ Able to use effective technics about market research
∎ Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients via Telephone, Digital Channels and written communication.
∎ Communicate with Technical Department as per Customer Requirements
∎ Provide updates to technical team about client satisfaction
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them in marketing plans/strategy.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor.

∎ IELTS or equivalent examination results will get preference.
∎ Good with numbers, analyzing them, and taking necessary actions.
∎ Very good working knowledge of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.

∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
