• Must have a strong base of followers and a professional network in the market.

• Proven experience in the Stationery Business.

• Demonstrated strong leadership capability with the ability to guide and motivate teams.

• Excellent team-building capacity to develop and manage a high-performing sales force.

• Prepare an Annual Sales Plan and develop strategies to achieve the plan.

• Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.

• Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,

• Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.

• Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales targets.

• Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors` strategies.

• Tracking sales trends & suggesting corrective actions.

• Tracking competitor`s movement & analyzing the market.

• Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.

• Responsible for increasing market share by building a strong network with the existing & potential distributors.
