Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence by promoting and selling our products to pharmaceutical companies. These products will be positioned as promotional gift items, designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance brand visibility, and support marketing campaigns within the pharmaceutical sector. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, and strategic communication to ensure consistent growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Identify and approach pharmaceutical companies as potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and negotiations.

Sales & Promotion

• Present and promote company products as effective promotional gift items for pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight value and quality.

Market Development

• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Provide feedback to management on product positioning and promotional strategies.

• Explore new opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the pharmaceutical sector.

Operational & Reporting

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams (branding, packaging, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts.

Professional Conduct

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

• Uphold brand values and contribute to the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
