- Age 22 to 35 years
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Candidates with experience in the Food, Meat, Agro, or FMCG sector will be given preference.
Must have a valid mobile phone with internet connectivity.
Own or have access to a motorcycle/bicycle for local commuting is an advantage (T/A will be provided).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell Masmangsho BD products to potential customers (restaurants, hotels, households, and local markets).
Identify and visit potential clients within the assigned territory to generate new leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
Collect market feedback regarding product quality, pricing, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
