∎ Skills Required: A person with confidence, Excellent leadership skills, Good presentation skills, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Negotiation Skills, Strong communication skills

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Business Department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales development strategies in international markets.
∎ As a Business Development Executive intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing and sales channels. This internship will help you acquire International Business Development skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing and sales strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and International Business and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.
∎ Employment Status: Internship (3 Month contractual with a possibility for a permanent position as `Business Development Executive` based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market and user research to identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.
∎ Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Support and execute Sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Proactively deliver insights on key customers and trends using external data sources.
∎ Prospecting potential customers: via telecommunications, by emails and other forms of Digital Marketing.
∎ Follow-up of sales, partnerships, or other such activities.
∎ Manage certain aspects of our social channels and execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Write content for relevant tasks.
∎ Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients via Telephone, Digital Channels and written communication.
∎ Communicate customer requirements to the Technical team
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them in marketing plans/strategy.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good with numbers, analyzing them, and taking necessary actions.
∎ Very good working knowledge of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
∎ Has a passion to learn more every day and is able to follow instructions with patience.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
∎ Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
∎ Hard worker and passionate - we are growing super FAST

Salary: Tk. 7000 - 7500 (Monthly)
