∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, acquiring, managing new business and also achieving business target as per approved KPI.
∎ Customer Support and complain management and ensure service quality
∎ Increasing new customer base and develop Sales strategies for Retail Banking Products.
∎ Managing monthly sales matrix as assigned by the Branch.
∎ Handling sales campaign.
∎ Ensure best customer service for both internal and external customers.
∎ Supporting the relevant authority, in order to recover Loans/Cards outstanding.
∎ Strong quality to work in a team and lead them.
∎ Remittance related all support to Agent Outlet;
∎ Manage and develop all internal Notes and Memos & Ensure IT Support. for Agent Banking

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 15 years
