Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
∎ Manage social media platforms, company website, and online advertising to ensure high engagement and traffic.

∎ Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
∎ Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
∎ Ensure timely bank payments and manage payroll processing.
∎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
∎ Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
∎ BCom in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
∎ Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
∎ Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
∎ Experience using financial software.
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
