∎ রিমন রাজন সিরামিকস্ ,নওগাঁতে ৫টি ভিন্ন শোরুমের জন্য ৫ জন যোগ্য শোরুম ম্যানেজার প্রয়োজন। অবশ্যই টাইলস/স্যানিটারি/দরজা শো-রুমে ৩-৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ:
∎ • শোরুমের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা, গ্রাহক অভিজ্ঞতা মসৃণ ও কার্যকর করা।
∎ • বিক্রয় কর্মীদের তদারকি এবং বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য অর্জন করা।
∎ • টাইলস, দরজা এবং স্যানিটারি ওয়্যারের পণ্য জ্ঞান দিয়ে চমৎকার গ্রাহক পরিষেবা প্রদান ।
∎ • শোরুম পরিষ্কার ও সংগঠিত রাখা ।
∎ • শোরুম পণ্য প্রচারের জন্য বিপণন কৌশল বিকাশ ও বাস্তবায়ন ।

∎ যোগ্যতা:
∎ • শোরুম ব্যবস্থাপনায় ৩-৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা, বিশেষ করে টাইলস, দরজা বা স্যানিটারি ওয়্যার শিল্পে ।
∎ • শক্তিশালী নেতৃত্ব ও আন্তঃব্যক্তিক দক্ষতা।
∎ • চমৎকার যোগাযোগ ও গ্রাহক সেবা দক্ষতা ।
∎ • বিক্রয় ও ইনভেন্টরি ব্যবস্থাপনায় পারদর্শী।
