∎ শক্তিশালী নেতৃত্বের দক্ষতা, বিশ্লেষণ ক্ষমতা এবং যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা।
∎ ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, ব্র্যান্ড ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং কাস্টমার রিলেশনশিপ ব্যবস্থাপনায় অভিজ্ঞতা।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ১০ সদস্যের একটি মার্কেটিং টিম পরিচালনা করা এবং তাদের কাজ পর্যবেক্ষণ ও সমন্বয় করা।
∎ টিমের কাজের পরিকল্পনা ও কৌশল নির্ধারণ করা এবং প্রত্যেক সদস্যের দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া।
∎ নতুন বাজার অনুসন্ধান ও প্রবেশের জন্য কৌশল প্রণয়ন করা।
∎ বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সাথে সম্পর্ক দৃঢ় করা এবং নতুন গ্রাহক তৈরি করা।
∎ বিক্রয় চ্যানেল বাড়ানো এবং ব্যবসার নতুন ক্ষেত্র স্থাপন করা।
∎ ব্যবসার সামগ্রিক লক্ষ্য অর্জনের জন্য দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ও স্বল্পমেয়াদী মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা।
∎ ব্র্যান্ড প্রচারের জন্য ডিজিটাল, প্রিন্ট, ইভেন্ট এবং অন্যান্য মাধ্যমের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
∎ প্রতিযোগিতামূলক বাজার বিশ্লেষণ করে সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান।
∎ স্থানীয় এবং জাতীয় পর্যায়ে অংশীদারিত্ব তৈরি করা এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন করা।
∎ কর্পোরেট ক্লায়েন্ট এবং বড় প্রকল্প ভিত্তিক সম্পর্ক পরিচালনা করা।
∎ সকল মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রমের কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়ন করা এবং সময়মতো সংশোধনী নেওয়া।
∎ মাসিক ও বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করে তা ব্যবস্থাপনার কাছে উপস্থাপন করা।
∎ টিম মেম্বারদের মধ্যে পেশাগত দক্ষতা ও দায়িত্বশীলতা বৃদ্ধি করা।
∎ নিজের অভিজ্ঞতার মাধ্যমে দলের সদস্যদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও নির্দেশনা প্রদান।
