Job Context:

∎ our Brand are SAAD & Savory. Our company dealings import-export business in
∎ China, Thailand & Malaysia. It has been manufacturing very high-quality Sauce, Mustard oil, Spices, Snacks & various type of Grocery items. We are inviting applicants for the post of "Sales Manager" to lead the sales team by planning, implementing and directing sales activities to achieve sales target & growth.
∎ Workplace Work at office but visit to field if any required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure salesand collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Manage a sales team of around 100 members by extensive traveling all over Bangladesh.
∎ Formulate sales strategy and action plan to initiate rapid business growth and national targetachievement.
∎ Train, teach and monitor the full sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best sales practices.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing sales structure in the organization.
∎ Monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly Projection/sales growth preparation.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly/weekly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
∎ Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time.
∎ Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvementarea and set individual's target.
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills.
∎ Motivating all sales person to achieving the target
∎ Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the CEO/MD.
∎ Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement.
∎ Update daily sales and collection report.
∎ Confirm point wise Sales & Stock to server.
∎ Monitor promotional program.
∎ Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.
∎ Searching of new distributor for gap market.
∎ Communicate factory to distribution.
∎ Achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales in FMCG Company(Food & Beverage).
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Skills Required: Office Program (MS Word, Excel, Power point & Internet)
∎ Dynamic and self-driven professional.
∎ Skills Required: Sales and Marketing
