∎ Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key accounts in modern trade. Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as Channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
∎ Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.
∎ Achieve agreed sales volume and control of expenses.
∎ Supervise and lead of the modern Trade sales team of your region.
∎ Manage the sales team by outlining clear objectives & set a transparent KPI.
