∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Development of new distributors and maintain a good relationship with existing distributors.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with distributors.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards the head of the department.
∎ Manage and develop distributors in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor's activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor product-wise daily performance.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting, conference.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Maximizing the target customer awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Identify the competitive situation and market variables .
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
