Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns in Dhaka, Chattogram and other regions as assigned
∎ Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales teams comprising of Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives
∎ Expand, Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers/clients
∎ Training, setting objectives and KPIs, tracking the performances and providing time to time feedback and assistance to the team
∎ Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
∎ Preparing sales budgets and projections and submitting for approval
∎ Developing and maintaining the Key Account Management team
∎ Setting sales qoals and targets product-wise and region-wise
∎ Overseeing and directing performance of the overall sales teams in the assigned regions
∎ Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
∎ Defining and executing territory sales plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive incentive scheme available based on target achievement.
