Distribution SR, Field SR, Retail SR, Sales & Marketing, Territory sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged), Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of sales volume targets within the designated routes
∎ Achievement of new outlet acquisition targets within designated routes
∎ Successful execution of marketing campaigns within designated zone
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary package includes monthly take-home pay, Travelling Allowance (TA), Daily Allowance (DA) and Mobile Allowance.
Additionally, attractive KPI based incentive can be earned upon meeting targets.
