Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: i. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts. ii. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts. iii. Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and discrepancies.
∎ 2. Receiving and Dispatch: i. Supervise the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments according to batch number for accuracy and quality. ii. Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule inbound and outbound process.
∎ 3. Warehouse Operations: i. Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and workflow efficiency. ii. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations. iii. Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
∎ 4. Team Management: i. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and quality standards. ii. Train and guide to warehouse personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
∎ 5. Quality Control: i. Implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of stored inventory. ii. Conduct regular inspections to identify any product damage or discrepancies. iii. Investigate and resolve any quality-related.
