∎ Minimum Bachelors Degree with major in Marketing/ Management from a reputed private or public University of the country.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Target Achieveing, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro ProcessingSeedGM), Business Development, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Territory sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build up our Modern Trade segment within their demarcated area. Special focus will be given on onboarding super shops and restaurants
∎ To ensure the Sales Representatives working under them and within their assigned area, achieve their KPI-wise sales targets
∎ To ensure the Sales Representatives working under them and within their assigned area, achieve their new customer acquisition targets
∎ To ensure excellence in execution of field campaign plans within their demarcated area
∎ To ensure excellence in execution of any marketing events within their demarcated area
∎ Besides the above, the candidate must be agile enough to be able to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary package includes monthly take-home pay, Travelling Allowance (TA), Daily Allowance (DA) and Mobile Allowance.
Additionally, attractive KPI based incentive can be earned upon meeting targets.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Insurance, Gratuity, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
