Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve the sales and collection targets for the overall team in the assigned area by rigorous monitoring, follow-up, facilitation, and supervision.
Maintain good rapport with dealers, painters, contractors, engineers, and government officers.
Establish a bridge between top management and the field force.
Maintain liaison among all relevant departments.
Prepare and allocate marketing budgets for the assigned area.
Manage credit for the overall assigned area.
Ensure dealer customer balance confirmation by briefing them on transactions and commissions.
Set targets for individual team members by analyzing area potential and company growth targets.
Ensure team effectiveness through scheduled, random, and on-demand market visits with individual team members.
Prepare reports on product indent, sales and collection forecasts, and team members’ performance.
Follow up with sales personnel, dealers, and DIC on sales orders, invoices, payment collection, and product delivery.
Arrange painter workshops and product introduction programs with PWD officers.
Achieve product mix targets.
Enhance team productivity as per management requirements.
Follow up on demand generation activities of the team and ensure results.
Monitor depot operation costs and optimize stock management.
Develop manpower through required in-house training, focusing on weaker and potential markets.
Monitor the financial transactions of a the team to prevent any salesperson discrepancies with dealers.
Provide reports as per management and relevant departments` requirements.
