• HSC
• Diploma in Engineering

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
• Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Status: Internship Work

Hours: Full-Time (Flexible for students)

Location: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Organico’s products.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.
