Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor and govern sales activities across multiple channels, including Tele Sales, Branch Sales, and Direct Sales employees, to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Conduct regular and spot-check audits of sales calls, transactions, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interpreting and enforcing sales governance policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales commission process, including accurate calculation, verification against sales performance data, and reconciliation for all sales channels and employees.
  • Coordinate with the Finance/HR department to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of sales commissions.
  • Generate detailed commission reports for management review, highlighting pay-out trends and variances.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality business leads for the card business line.
  • Analyze market trends and internal data to identify potential lead sources and target customer segments.
  • Assist in generating various other sales-related reports, performance dashboards, and key metrics analyses for senior management.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, such as CRM, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and IT for end-to-end process development, modification, evaluate scope and functional rollouts of products to achieve the business goal.
