• Age 18 to 30 years

• The candidate will be responsible for delivering a top-level of service to inbound and outbound interactions across various channels. E.g. Telephone, email, Live Chat, social media, etc.

• You will have to learn and do teamwork on an daily basis for new products and technologies.

• Manage Large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

• Face-to-Face Sales, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Counseling, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Guest Relations/ Services

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website chat.

• Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales orders.

• Provide accurate product information and proper guidance to customers.

• Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure order confirmation and satisfaction.

• Update and manage customer data, orders, and follow-ups in an organized manner.

• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer communication records.

• Support sales campaigns, promotional offers, and special events.
