Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display and stock management.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.Assist in marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and product launches.
Responsibilities & Context:
The candidate will be responsible for delivering a top-level of service to inbound and outbound interactions across various channels. E.g. Telephone, email, Live Chat, social media, etc.
You will have to learn and do teamwork on an daily basis for new products and technologies.
Manage Large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
