Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying and targeting potential new clients. This involves regular communication and understanding their requirements.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve your sales targets and objectives. This may involve creating a sales plan, setting sales goals, and tracking your progress.
∎ Identify and reach out to potential customers who may be interested in your paint products. This could involve cold calling, email marketing, attending trade shows, or using other lead generation methods.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of your paint products. These presentations can be done in person or virtually, depending on the circumstances.
∎ Prepare and provide customers with accurate quotes and pricing information for the products they are interested in. Negotiate terms and conditions as necessary to close deals.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. This knowledge can help you adapt your sales approach and stay competitive in the market.
∎ Ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This includes coordinating with the operations or logistics team to ensure on-time product delivery.
∎ Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information. This data can be valuable for evaluating your performance and making improvements.
∎ Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
∎ Be ready to adapt to changes in the market, customer needs, or company strategies to remain competitive and successful.
