Additional Requirements:

• Age 18 to 35 years

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle international and domestic travel bookings independently

Knowledge of airline fare rules, ticket re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)

Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and meet booking deadlines

Good organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail in travel documentation and invoicing

Honest, responsible, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities & Context:

Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings

Provide travel consultation and assist customers with travel plans

Process ticket re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations

Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation

Arrange hotel bookings and tour packages

Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners

Maintain booking records, invoices, and customer data

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Ensure accuracy in ticketing and travel documents

Deliver professional customer service and after-sales support
