Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose and tackle BDCOM switching & Routing, FTTx, WLAN and other network-related issues reported by BDCOM partners and customers
∎ Collect and analyze market information in order to identify and develop business opportunities, address customer needs and challenges to come up with the right technical solution
∎ Coordinate with local and HQ sales & support team to manage activities between BDCOM and it's accounts, conduct proof-of-concept test to secure potential opportunities
∎ Provide technical consulting service to customers in pre-sales phase and help collecting new leads to HQ for product development and optimization
∎ Complete technical documents refer to project/training/marketing etc
∎ Move around to meet up partners & customers for support and promote full range of BDCOM products & solutions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid knowledge of switching & routing, and a big plus knowing how to play with FTTx and WiFi
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills, English is a must
∎ Self-motivated to learn and to grow
∎ Expertise and Certifications in Switch & Router or related field will be an added advantage
