• Strong written and spoken English

• High energy, consistency, and resilience

• Sales or lead-generation experience preferred

• Agency / tech background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients

• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings

• Maintain CRM accuracy

• Coordinate with BDM and leadership

• Follow up consistently and professionally

• Tour allowance

Base Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT / month

Meeting Bonus: 3,000 BDT per qualified meeting held

Realistic OTE: 40k–55k+ BDT/month for active performers
