• Only Female

• 2–5 years experience in agency or IT services sales

• Proven deal-closing experience

• Strong English communication (video calls)

• Confident, target-driven, and ownership mindset

Location: Dhaka (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and close deals

• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings (international clients)

• Negotiate pricing and close contracts

• Maintain pipeline and CRM updates

• Work closely with COO, CTO, and delivery team

• Performance bonus,Tour allowance

Base Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 BDT / month

Commission: 3-5% of collected revenue (uncapped)

Realistic OTE: 60k–90k+ BDT/month for performers
