• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in WordPress development (theme/plugin customization)

• Proficiency in Webflow, Framer, Wix, and Shopify customization

• Mastery in building pixel-perfect designs from Figma/prototypes

• Advanced JavaScript skills, GSAP knowledge preferred

• Commitment to best web development practices, high-quality code, and reliability

• Excellent communication; team-oriented, responsible, and growth driven

• Design sense and QA mindset a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress sites, themes, and plugins for enterprise projects

• Custom-build Webflow and Shopify solutions for modern brands

• Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces (from Figma or prototypes)

• Achieve advanced UI/UX interactions using GSAP and JavaScript

• Ensure site quality, security, and best web development practices across CMS platforms

• Communicate with team members and clients to interpret design briefs and solve project challenges

• Proactively improve workflow, speed, and technical reliability
