What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of proven experience in UX UI Design.

• Strong expertise in website and web application design.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability.

• Excellent command of UI aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Up-to-date knowledge of modern design trends and best practices.

• Experience leading or mentoring other designers.

• Ability to think strategically, not just visually.

• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world websites and web apps.

Important Note: This role is NOT focused on product design or mobile app product flows. We are specifically looking for designers who prefer websites and web applications and excel in those areas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and own the UX UI direction for websites and web applications.

• Design and deliver high-impact, conversion-focused, world-class interfaces.

• Handle critical and high-value client projects directly.

• Review, guide, and elevate the work of junior and mid-level designers.

• Establish strong design systems, UX flows, and UI consistency.

• Reduce revision cycles by delivering strong, well-thought-out first drafts.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Leadership.

• Build case studies we can proudly showcase and sell globally.
