ENSEC is a newly established company specializing in high-performance lithium batteries for three-wheelers, auto-rickshaws, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS). The Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building ENSEC’s market presence, acquiring strategic customers, and ensuring consistent, sustainable revenue growth.
The role requires a technically strong and business-oriented individual with the ability to engage corporate clients, understand product specifications, and translate customer needs into commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate market penetration in the three-wheeler, auto, and ESS segments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured planning and execution.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and corporate prospects.
Conduct market analysis to anticipate customer trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, OEMs, and fleet operators.
Present product solutions, conduct technical discussions, and negotiate terms confidently.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive engagement.
Manage key accounts and generate repeat business opportunities.
Technical & Product Knowledge
Use engineering knowledge to understand lithium battery specifications, performance metrics, and applications.
Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams regarding product selection and integration.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
Participate in exhibitions, product demos, and promotional events.
