Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explaining to clients about the services and offerings of our company.
∎ Follow-up Clients about their interests and requirements of our services.
∎ Take records of minutes meetings for internal development and service delivery.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Communicating the requirements of clients to our creative team.
∎ Respond to phone calls, social media messages and (if necessary) redirect them to different team members or management.
∎ Communicate with current and potential clients to a healthy and sustainable relationship

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having smart and good language skills will get priority
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Prior experience in Marketing Agency will get priority
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 6 Month Provisional Period. After performance evaluation, the employee will get permanent employment status.
