Job Responsibilities:
∎ The sales Coordinator supports the network of paint dealers by providing them with information, materials, and resources they need to promote and sell the company's paint products.
∎ They are responsible for processing orders from dealers, ensuring accurate order entry, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill these orders promptly.
∎ Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure that dealers have an adequate supply of paint products to meet customer demand.
∎ Compiling and maintaining sales data, preparing sales reports, and analyzing trends to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ Having a good understanding of the company's paint products and being able to provide information and support to dealers regarding the features, benefits, and applications of these products.
∎ Maintaining regular communication with dealers to address their queries, concerns, and provide updates on promotions, new products, or changes in policies.
∎ Assisting dealers in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives, which may include providing marketing materials and coordinating promotional events.
∎ Conducting training sessions or workshops for dealers to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
∎ Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise from the dealer network.
∎ Ensuring that dealers adhere to the company's policies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.
∎ Gathering information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help the company make informed decisions.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
