About the Role: At Kairo, we don’t just sell clothes; we build relationships. We are looking for Extroverts to join us as Personal Account Managers. You won’t just be making calls; you will own a portfolio of 1,000 customers, acting as their direct bridge to our brand.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated list of 1,000 Kairo customers.
Connect with customers via phone and WhatsApp to introduce new collections.
Review past order history to provide personalized styling suggestions.
Resolve past customer issues with empathy and "Relationship Recovery" tactics.
Act as a personal stylist, explaining product features and unique fabric quality.
Use your "Manager’s Authority" to offer exclusive personal discounts to close sales.
Requirements:
Personality: Highly extroverted, confident, and persuasive.
Communication: Fluent in Bangla; English proficiency is a major plus.
Skills: Ability to build quick rapport and handle objections with a smile.
Dedication: Comfortable with a 10-hour high-energy shift.
