Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bangla is mandatory.
∎ Have to work in Microsoft Office specially MS. Excel and PowerPoint Presentation .
∎ Meeting planned sales target.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ The ongoing training of sales people.
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
