Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Client Business to Business Database
∎ Grade a client as per their spending Capacity
∎ Prepare proposals for customer
∎ Must know how to modify Photos using adobe Photoshop
∎ Must be able to work on excel sheet
∎ Must be able to sales targets for the sales team
∎ Must be able to manage sales team
∎ Must make daily sales call alone or with team member
∎ Must be able to manage business plan
∎ Must be able to client relationship
∎ Must be a good listener an understand client requirement.
∎ Must have the capacity to understand a customer needs
∎ Must have the ability prepare a business plan
∎ Must be able prepare sale forecast for the month
∎ Setting sales target for team and foe finance depertment to creat cash
∎ flow foecast.
∎ Must prepare daily sales report for every client visit
∎ Track sales Progress and constantly follow-up
∎ Being able to understand what the top management desires
∎ Overseeing the activity and performance of sales team.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Capability to give presentation to clients.
∎ Must find a way to get access to a client.
∎ Must know the method to approach a client.
∎ Be able to fulfil tasks assigned by management.
∎ Must keep track of customer billing dates, bill submitted and payment
∎ from clients preparing bills and ensuring that the bill are submitted on
∎ time.
∎ Must be able to face clients and wait long hours if need be for achieving
∎ goals.
∎ Must be able to make tele calls to get appointment.
∎ Come up with a sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Identity what the market requires and keeping higher management
∎ informed.
∎ Oversee day to day sales, monitor sales and forecast sales.
∎ Prepare annual sales forecast.
∎ Identify new areas for expending business with the same sector.
∎ Try to encourage team work.
∎ Update regularly marketing client database.
∎ Must have a courteous behavior at all time.
∎ Understanding the current market situration.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer capacity and customer
∎ yearly budget.
∎ Setup regular meeting with client and understand their requirement.
∎ Developing sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Preparing sales budgets and gathering resources.
∎ Overseeing and coaching staff.
∎ Conducting market research.
∎ Planning and managing marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitoring marketing and sales success.
∎ Preparing reports.
∎ Recruiting, training and scheduling staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
