Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA from any university preferably major in marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for export Marketing & Business Development of the company
∎ Develop Business plan for setting up target on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
∎ Must have a number of Brand buyer in hand such as H&M, Redcat, Asda,Tesco, Target, Siplec, Carrefour,Lidl, IKEA, Sainsbury, Next, K-Mart, Heimtex, M&S etc and develop exiting order.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product to be marketed
∎ To follow up with planning/production.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years (Experience in Textile sector will be highly preferred.)
∎ Experience in Textile sector shall be preferred.
∎ Superior inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and take challenges.
