Degree on Environmental Engineering Management will be given priority
Responsibilities & Context:
Review land plans, drawing, mouja maps, conduct site verification, surveys, and prepare land plan documents and land acquisition drawings.
Assist in land acquisition coordination, including site preparation, building demolition, utility relocation, off-site land use, construction support, compensation disbursement, and land ownership confirmation.
Responsible for conducting contract negotiations and drafting related to land acquisition and demolition.
Responsible for coordinating with various departments to maintain company stability, develop risk mitigation plans, resolve conflicts to prevent escalation, and handle corporate emergencies.
Obtain and update the corresponding certificates in terms of safety and environmental protection in a timely manner, and conscientiously implement Bangladesh's construction safety policies, laws and regulations, occupational safety and health, and the company's rules and regulations on construction safety.
Formulate safety and environmental protection emergency plans, demonstrate their feasibility and organize emergency plan drills.
Do a good job in archiving, sorting and keeping corresponding certificates, statistical reports and corresponding materials in terms of safety and environmental protection.
Assist in handling traffic accident compensation, participate in accident investigation and analysis, and supervise the implementation of corresponding protective measures.
