• Only Male

• Degree on Environmental Engineering Management will be given priority

• Review land plans, drawing, mouja maps, conduct site verification, surveys, and prepare land plan documents and land acquisition drawings.

• Assist in land acquisition coordination, including site preparation, building demolition, utility relocation, off-site land use, construction support, compensation disbursement, and land ownership confirmation.

• Responsible for conducting contract negotiations and drafting related to land acquisition and demolition.

• Responsible for coordinating with various departments to maintain company stability, develop risk mitigation plans, resolve conflicts to prevent escalation, and handle corporate emergencies.

• Obtain and update the corresponding certificates in terms of safety and environmental protection in a timely manner, and conscientiously implement Bangladesh's construction safety policies, laws and regulations, occupational safety and health, and the company's rules and regulations on construction safety.

• Formulate safety and environmental protection emergency plans, demonstrate their feasibility and organize emergency plan drills.

• Do a good job in archiving, sorting and keeping corresponding certificates, statistical reports and corresponding materials in terms of safety and environmental protection.

• Assist in handling traffic accident compensation, participate in accident investigation and analysis, and supervise the implementation of corresponding protective measures.
