Experience:

• At least 15 years

• At least 15 years

• Specific experience of road and bridge projects financed by WB or ADB or JICA and PPP project invested by Chinese company.

• Abundant experience in handling international business discussion, negotiation, technical conference

• Very much proficient in English language

• Must speak/write excellent English and Chinese

• Can translate English into Chinese and from Chinese into English accurately and promptly.

• Can promptly reply technical letters in both Chinese and English in Road and Bridge engineering.

• Can communicate with different International organizations professionally

• Strong communication and coordination with the Contracting Authority, Independent Engineer(Consultant) and other local concerned organizations;

• Stakeholder communication

• Project planning and execution

• Leadership and coordination

• Risk and change management

• Reporting and administration

• Financial management

• Strong sense of handling letters and documents related to the project.

• Collaboration with the subcontractors.

• Compilation of construction documents.

• Attending different types of meetings and active involvement in discussion and decision making.

• Accompanying contracting authority, IE and other concerned parties for site inspection.

• Other works as required by the company
