Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in ETE/ ECE or EEE or equivalent from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Test/Walk Test Engineer works on performing field RF and data
∎ measurements using specialized measurement tools based on drive
∎ test methodology.
∎ Understanding HO, Call Drop, Blocked Call and other radio event.
∎ Swap activity
∎ Customer Complaint management
∎ Walk Test (indoor)/ Drive Test based on customer requirement.
∎ Single Site Verification/Single site acceptance of 2G/3G/4G
∎ Cluster/Area/Highway Drive Test
∎ KPI check for mobility & stationary.
∎ Perform measurement collection and generation of raw data based on
∎ drive test, using specialized measurement tool.
∎ Perform data service test and measurements at stationary positions
∎ when required.
∎ Needful knowledge about MapInfo, Google Earth and TEMS
∎ Discovery.
∎ Candidates must have to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh, as per
∎ project requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic understanding of the 2G/3G, LTE technology.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
∎ Candidate should have the leadership quality to maintain team.
∎ Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work hard & meet the deadlines.
