Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ETE ECE or EEE or equivalent from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing SSV & Cluster (2G/3G/LTE) Reports for various operators.
∎ Prepared acceptance reports and analyzed drive test logs for coverage gap, overshooting, sector swap, call drop, handover and optimized accordingly for optimum quality.
∎ Optimization of radio network by changing the physical parameters which included antenna orientation, height and tilt based on drive test logs.
∎ Verification of antenna related site engineering drawings and assessed for suitable antenna position which ensures optimum radio coverage and better accessibility.
∎ Identified the best server signal strength, coverage gap, overshoot problem and changed the physical parameters for optimum coverage and quality.Provide technical leadership to engineering team for SSV and Rectification work. Coordinate with customer and ensure the all work schedule.
∎ Preparing and Processing KPI Data for report submission.
∎ Communicating with the assigned customer for report submission and handling on field Drive Test team as well.
∎ Drive Test/Walk Test Engineer works on performing field RF and data measurements using specialized measurement tool based on drive testing methodology.
∎ KPI (Drive & Stationary) testing if required.
∎ Perform measurements collection and generation of raw data based on drive testing approach and using specialized measurement tool.
∎ Candidates must have to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh, as per project requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication.
∎ Basic understanding of the 2G/3G/LTE technology.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
∎ Candidate should have the leadership quality to maintain team.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in MapInfo, Actix, Google Earth, TEMS Investigation, Genex Assistance/Probe, Knowledge with TEMS Discovery will be appreciated.
∎ Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
