• Age At least 20 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing
• Proven track record in B2B and retail marketing campaigns
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Passion for environmental sustainability and circular economy solutions
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting retail outlets and corporate partners
• Manage campaigns to promote plastic collection points and brand visibility
• Build and maintain B2B relationships with FMCG companies, retailers, and corporate offices
• Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities
• Represent at sustainability forums, expos, and client meetings
• Collaborate with digital marketing and operations teams to align messaging and outreach
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets (KPI).
