Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to ensure seamless operations within our establishment. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee staff activities, expedite orders, and identify opportunities to optimize operational costs. Responsibilities also include training and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and handling customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff.

• Manage staff schedules effectively.

• Conduct regular kitchen inspections to uphold hygiene standards.

• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage according to health regulations.

• Attend to dining customers to assess food quality and service.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies.

• Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
