Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our multifaceted concern, which includes a restaurant, café, swimming pools, and hotel services. The Operations Manager will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, optimize guest experience, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest levels of service quality. The role invloves physical activity such as inspecting facilities, visiting vendors and attending to operational need.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage the daily operations of restaurant, café, swimming pools, and hotel services. Ensure all areas operate efficiently and are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and manage service standards across all departments to ensure consistent guest experiences.
Staff Management:
- Lead, train, and mentor supervisors and staffs in all areas of the resort.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels across all operations.
- Conduct performance reviews, staff training, and continuous development programs to enhance team productivity.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all departments.
- Work with teams to control costs, manage inventory, and maximize profitability. Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality control standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve services.
Facility Management:
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of all facilities, including pools, dining areas, guest rooms, and public spaces.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and facilities are fully operational.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to support sales strategies and promotions that drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
- Assist with planning and executing special events, packages, and campaigns to attract new guests.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee the implementation of safety and emergency procedures across all departments.
