Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Manage floor operations during busy hours
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules
Monitor stock, inventory, and restaurant supplies
Assist in sales growth and achieving operational targets
Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and reporting procedures
Train new employees on service standards and company policies
Maintain overall outlet environment and operational quality
