1. Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner

2. Take food and beverage orders accurately

3. Serve food and drinks efficiently and maintain service quality

4. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas

5. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations

6. Handle customer queries and complaints politely

7. Prepare bills and assist customers during payment

8. Follow restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards
